Swiatek leads the top 4 in Roland-Garros

This year’s Roland-Garross Seed looks a lot different than last year’s women’s side.

The final champion Iga Swiatek Last year it was No. 1, but in Monday’s WTA rankings, the pole fell to No. 5, which will determine the seeds of next week’s French Open.

Swiatek has been ranked 8th at the time since February 21, 2022. Coco GofuNo. 3 Jessica Pegula and the final champion Jasmine Paolinihe ranks fourth.

This means Swiatek can face any of the first four seeds once the quarterfinals, which could make it even more difficult for her to try to have a fourth straight crown on Paris clay.
