Amazing Turkey Bagel Sandwich
It was delicious and delicious when I needed a quick and easy meal… These turkey bagel sandwiches were where I turned around. Highly filled with fresh vegetables, plenty of flavor, plenty of texture, fragility of toppings…they are on site every time.
I like to stack up with lettuce, juicy tomatoes, crispy cucumbers, crispy banana chili, cream cheese and lots of tender turkey (black pepper turkey is our favorite). However, feel free to use your favorite turkey or substitute for thinly sliced ham, chicken, or roast beef. They are absolutely perfect for packed lunches or simple dinners…and are all favorites!

Ingredients to make a turkey bagel sandwich:
- bagel
- turkey
- cheese
- lettuce
- tomato
- Red onion
- cucumber
- Banana pepper
- Dijon Mustard

How to Make Turkish Bagel Sandwich:
- Baked bagels. Optional, but obviously delicious. If I pack these sandwiches into lunch, I usually skip this step. Or, if I were to make them for the entire staff, I would slice all the bagels, place them on a framed baking sheet and bake in the oven under the broiler for a minute or two or two until well and golden.
- Prepare your toppings. Cut the tomatoes, red onions and cucumbers, rinse the lettuce, and remove the rest of the ingredients.
- Assemble your turkey bagel sandwich. Once the bagels are good and baked, sprinkle with a thin layer of first mustard every half. Stack half of the bottom at the bottom with lettuce, turkey, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and banana pepper. Add the other half of the bagel to the top and dig in!
