Why this is the most amazing tuna sandwich ever.

For a long time, I would make tuna salads by throwing it into a bowl and adding some standard ingredients. Add it until it feels right. And… very good. I love tuna sandwiches. But recently I decided to try something new wildly. and measure the components (GASP). Oh, my god. This is a game changer!

For this version, I added cheese, lemon juice, fresh dill and a lot of pickles. Don’t be afraid of cheese. I know this sounds a bit strange. But this actually just adds some excellent texture, nutrition and moisture that I absolutely love. Lemon juice and fresh dill add a lovely bright flavor. The pickles add a delicious vine crunch. Stacked into sandwiches, scooped with cookies or eat with fork. Very delicious.
