Sometimes my kids ignore their vegetables. Shocked, I know. When it happens for days in a row, it is usually a reminder that we need to make some switching between things.

  • 8 cup Chopped vegetables, packaged (such as broccoli salad)
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweet
  • Whisk all dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl or glass jar.

  • In a large mixing bowl, toss all the ingredients together until combined with the dressing. Serve immediately or marinate for 30 minutes.
