Sometimes my kids ignore their vegetables. Shocked, I know. When it happens for days in a row, it is usually a reminder that we need to make some switching between things.

- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 Spoon Vinegar, cider
- 3 Spoon Maple syrup, pure
- 2 teaspoon Poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard, ground
salad
- 8 cup Chopped vegetables, packaged (such as broccoli salad)
- 1 cup Pecans, chopped
- 1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweet

Whisk all dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl or glass jar.

In a large mixing bowl, toss all the ingredients together until combined with the dressing. Serve immediately or marinate for 30 minutes.
