The ingredients you need and helpful tips

Here are the ingredients for this strawberry banana smoothie. See the recipe card below for exact measurements.

  • Low-fat milk: Use your favorite milk. Fairlife is my go-to, but if you need a dairy-free alternative, I prefer those with higher protein content, such as soy or pea milk.
  • banana: Use ripe spotted bananas as sweet smoothies without adding sugar.
  • strawberry Add sweetness. Fresh or frozen berries will work.
  • Ground linen Provides fiber, protein, as well as many vitamins and minerals such as thiamine and copper.
  • Protein powder: I make this recipe with unpopular whey or pea protein, but vanilla protein powder is also a good choice.
  • Vanilla extract It is optional, but can enhance the flavor.
  • ice Make the smoothie thicker, smoother and cooler. If not in you Desired consistency, add more ice.
  • Sweetener: I prefer monk fruit because it has zero net carbs and calories. However, any sweetener, such as honey, maple syrup, or sugar, will Work. Or just omit whether your banana is sweet enough.
