“I’ve had a few sleepless nights, but I think it’s going to get better every day,” ATP said. “It’s definitely a huge loss. I’m still thinking about those two points, and that won’t stop here – I know.” Sinner said there’s still a lot of positive things to go from his clay season and finals. “You can still see the positive side,” he said. “I never played tennis on clay like this, I went to Rome, I played the final in Paris, and in Paris, I went to the final in the Grand Slam – great – and then that level [me and Carlos] I’ve played very high so I’m very happy to be one of them. ”

Sinner said the return to the grass challenge and starting the title at Halle might be the best to help him get rid of the broken losses suffered in the longest Roland-Garros final in history.
“I think it’s positive to have me in another game because each game is a new beginning and I have to be mentally prepared to put all of my things into practice,” he said. “So it’s great that I can be here at Harley.”
Sinner won the Lonely Grassland Championship at Halle last year, with a lifetime record of 21-9 on the ground. He lost only to Daniil Medvedev in the Wimbledon quarterfinals last year with a 9-1 record.
“The first practice is OK,” he told the media. “I haven’t played since Paris, so my general feeling on the court is not that perfect, but I think it will be better today.
“I think good grassland players can move well. The ball will be a little fun because of the grass, and you have to serve smartly. But, overall, this is a step forward I took last year and we’ll see what this year is going to grow.”
