Roasted bananas in foil (very suitable for camping)

The roasted bananas are stuffed with chocolate chips, marshmallows and almonds, wrapped in foil until warm and slimy, and it’s the perfect summer dessert to cook in just 10 minutes.

Roasted Banana Boat
If you have never roasted bananas before, you can enjoy them. These foil-wrapped roasted bananas are grilled with skin and stuffed with chocolate chips, mini marshmallows and chopped almonds (or whatever topping you want!). After ten minutes everything warmed, slimy and delicious. It’s like the case with S’mores-Meets-Banana-Split, perfect for camping trips, backyard cooking or any summer night without turning on the oven. Plus, cleaning is a breeze and no heated kitchen! The ingredients you need
Here are the ingredients for these roasted banana boats.
- banana: Use a firm ripe banana with yellow skin and some brown spots. You don’t want them to be too soft because they won’t retain shape when baked.
- Dark Chocolate Chips: I use sugar-free chocolate chips from Lakanto, but you can use regular or dairy-free chocolates.
- Mini Marshmallow Melt more evenly, more suitable for bananas Compared to full size, but if all you have is to cut them into small pieces .
- Chopped apricot kernels Slightly tighten
How to roast bananas
