Delicious lightweight and airy pumpkin dessert
I really like a good mousse. The taste is rich and indulgent, but it is so light and airy that it won’t make you feel overwhelmed. This pumpkin mousse has all the flavors of your favorite pumpkin dessert in a creamy dream mousse. It’s the perfect addition to any Thanksgiving dessert spilling. If it’s just a decade. But it’s really easy to make with just a few ingredients – so you can always crave some hit singles with sweet and fall flavors.

The ingredients you need to make this pumpkin mousse:
- Pumpkin puree
- Heavy cream
- Maple Syrup
- Odorless gelatin
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Vanilla extract
- water

How to make the most delicious pumpkin mousse:
- Soak the gelatin. Sprinkle gelatin over a small bowl of cold water and soak for 5 minutes. The microwave lasts for 10 seconds. Stir until the gelatin melts and set aside.
- Whisk together the pumpkin mixture. In a separate bowl, stir together the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spices. The gelatin mixture was added and stirred to combine.
- Whipped heavy cream. In a large bowl, stir the heavy cream with a high-speed electric mixer until a stiff peak forms.
- Fold the whipped cream and pumpkin together. Just gently fold the heavy cream into the pumpkin mixture until combined. Be careful not to put all the air you work in the heavy cream.
- chill. Cool for at least one hour to allow setting before serving. You can cool it and then divide it into available containers or place it in a serving container before refrigerating. Decorate and serve as needed!
