Combined with Greek yogurt and fresh mangoes, enjoy it with breakfast or afternoon high-protein snacks. Try it with my chicken kebab!

There are so many people to love about the Mango Lassis, especially this lighter version! That’s why it became a favorite in my kitchen.

  • Simple, only 4 ingredients. OK, if you forget ice, there are 5 ingredients, but you already got it in the fridge!
  • Easy to make. When you see how easy it is to make them at home, it’s hard to justify paying for a mango lassi in a restaurant! This is a good secret that kids can also make themselves do.

  • mango – I like Champagne Mangos (also known as Ataulfo ​​Mangos) because they are sweeter and less fiber than other common varieties. I exchange frozen mango chunks when the mango is not in season or looks good at the grocery store.

I let it thaw enough so it can absorb, but still a little tone.
