Lorenzo Musetti He has been playing eye-catching tennis since he participated in the tour in 2020. Next week, he will be a member of the ATP top ten.
Musetti’s 6-4, 6-2 defeat Alex de Minaur Sending the Italian to 9th place in the ATP’s live rankings and assured him the top ten means the 23-year-old will be the third Italian ever, and the sixth Italian ever, and the sixth Italian in history will be the top ten.

Musetti won a bronze medal at the Paris Olympics last year at Wimbledon, winning 17 of his 17 games in the last 20 games of Clay, and he will bid for 1,000 semifinals after arriving at Monte-Carlo in April.
The former No. 1 junior team is 15-5 this season and will face Canada’s lucky loser Gabriel Diallo in the quarterfinals in Madrid on Thursday.
