This Lemon Pasta with Chicken is the perfect weekday meal. It blends together in less than 30 minutes, with only a few ingredients and full of flavor, which is a hit for everyone who tries it.

I love a good meal for 30 minutes. I'm not against spending a little time on picky recipes, and when I have extra time, I often turn to special occasions or weekends. But when it comes to weekend dinners, I often need something quick, easy and family-approved.

This lemon pasta and chicken is exactly what it is. I can do it in less time, with just a few ingredients (I always have most of it on hand!), and everyone from the youngest to the oldest devour. It's nothing better than this.

  • Bring a large pot of water to boil. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • After the water boils, add 1-2 tablespoons of salt. Add the pasta and give it some stir to avoid clumping. Continue cooking according to the packaging direction, adding the peas to the end.

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces and season with garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Once the skillet is hot, add the chicken.

  • Once the chicken turns golden and cooked, remove from the heat.

  • After the pasta is finished cooking, it is completely discharged and returned to the hot pot. Add the alfredo sauce and chicken and heat it up. Add Parmesan cheese and stir quickly.

  • Once the cheese melts, add the pasta to the dish. Add extra parmesan cheese if needed. enjoy!

This recipe is more of a way. One thing I like is that you can easily change it to based on taste preference or using the ingredients on hand!

  • pasta: I used this colorful vegetarian pasta, but Penn, Ziti, bottle opener or lamb also works well
  • chicken breast: You can also use leftovers or barbecue chicken
  • Lemon Alfredo Sauce: This is my favorite, but anything you like can work here! You can also use regular Alfredo sauce and add a little lemon juice and rind at the end
  • pea: We all love the peas and a little sweetness, nutrition and color, but you can add any vegetables you like. Or just keep them out!
  • Parmesan cheese: Optional, but who doesn't like the extra cheese?
  • Italian seasoning and garlic salt: Our Little Flavor Booster!

How to Make This Simple Peasy Lemon Pasta

  1. Cook pasta. Let it do its thing while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Cook chicken. Cut chicken into hot frying pan with olive oil coated in the chicken. Season with Italian seasoning and garlic salt and cook until cooked and golden.
  3. Add peas. Add frozen peas to the ended pasta. Drain thoroughly and return the pasta and peas to the pan.
  4. Throw it together. Add the chicken, Alfredo sauce and Parmesan cheese and pasta to the pan and stir well.
  5. Service and enjoy! If needed, add extra Parmesan cheese and dig!
