Goran Ivanisevic Teaching Novak Djokovic Half of his main champion, he knows the Grand Slam King better than most.
Croatian legendary Clay spoke with Sasa Ozmo, who said Djokovic won Wimbledon’s 25th major with one shot this year, adding that Serbian Swordsman still has a more challenging game after that.
“Here, I saw his chance,” Ivanisevic said. “Looking at the raffle, I don’t think anyone beat Djokovic before the semifinals and he never lost to the sinner here. OK, Australian Open and Roland Garros, but here Novak beat him twice.
“I think Novak is my favorite [against Sinner]no matter how emotional it sounds. Alcaraz beat him twice, but Novak came last year [to Wimbledon] After knee surgery, in 2023, we all remember how close it is. Everyone said this was his last chance [to win a major] – I disagree. Plus, he is the best pasture player, experienced, and he knows exactly what is needed here. This will be fascinating. ”
"They are young and fight for another ten years. They have no competition. The Big Three are among each other, and Murray, Wawrinka, del Potro…who is the match between the Sinner and Alcalaz?"@ozmo_sasa Interview with Goran Ivanisevic. 👇🏼

Djokovic is certainly the best pasture player in the sport over the past decade. He has accumulated seven titles at Wimbledon and is bidding for eight of this week’s eight Wimbledon men’s singles title list. Ivanisevic said the 38-year-old has a lot left in the tank as long as he is still inspired.
“He can play until Los Angeles,” Ivanisevic said. Motivation is another thing – appearing, training – he is 38 years old. [at Wimbledon]He looked very ready and played well, and I felt that he saw his own chance. He just needs to manage his nerves.
"Sometimes…I won’t say “eat him”, but it will affect his execution. This is not his last chance. He also fired at the U.S. Open. In Melbourne this year, Zverev would never beat him if he wasn’t injured, and the final against Sina was fun. ”
Ivanisevic believes that at present, Djokovic has only two players to worry about – Alcaraz and Sinner. He said none of the other players on the tour put the candles on the top.
“No one really lags behind these three, they did the tour themselves,” he said. “They were both, 15 years younger than Novak, and Novak is the only one who can still challenge and beat them. Then, you’ll have the rest.”
