How to Make Homemade Gingerbread Muffins:

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and chopped cloves.
  2. Mix wet ingredients. In a medium bowl, whisk molasses, brown sugar, milk, oil, eggs and vanilla extract well.
  3. Combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
