Easiest 5 Minutes High Protein Caesar Dressing

I have a confession: I used to be frightened by making homemade dressings. Like, how about such a simple thing like Caesar Seasoning requires so much work? Chopped, mixed, and constantly worried about whether the lotion will separate. I know I'm not the only one suffering from anxiety!
But guess what? Caesar dressings don't have to be a complicated ordeal, involving mysterious ingredients or overly complex techniques.
You can make a super easy, creamy Caesar seasoning in just a few minutes. You only need a blender and a small amount of ingredients. I'm talking about three steps, five ingredients and that bold gilded scent that will get you back to the store-bought Caesar. No, this doesn't require any weird processing oils or additives. Just real food that can make your salad feel like a five-star restaurant experience.
High Protein Caesar Seasoning
First, this recipe is based on eggs, which is exactly what it gives it a luxurious, creamy texture without the need to add a lot of oil or mayonnaise. It uses cooked eggs instead of traditional raw egg yolks. These bring healthy doses of protein into the mixture (because why target empty calories when you can make seasonings that are good for you too?).
The flavor of this seasoning comes to the spotlight thanks to a large amount of Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard kicks and fresh lemon juice. Oh, don't forget about garlic – it's a secret weapon, adding that every Caesar seasoning should have rich affluence. Together, these ingredients can give you the bold, rich and creamy dressing you like – without any weird fillers.
Traditional Caesar seasoning uses an aqua flavour or an anchon paste for more umami. This version skips the anchovies when I have a classic Caesar recipe here.
Extra virgin olive oil in this seasoning is key. It adds to the smooth richness you expect from Caesar. We use pure olive oil (not processed stuff) full of healthy fats. So you know that this dressing doesn’t have funky oils or artificial preservatives and you’ll feel confident. Just a real ingredient that is good for health.
Simple Caesar Seasoning
The best part? Just one step ready. No stirring, no emulsification, no separation drama. Simply throw it all into the blender and after about 5 minutes you have a Caesar sauce that is perfect for salads, dips and even drizzle with roasted veggies. Plus, it's a great alternative to shops that often fill up garbage to buy dressings.
In some crispy romaine lettuce, grilled chicken and capers, this is delicious. Salad recipes are usually part of my meal plan, which is part of my regular rotation. It is naturally gluten-free, but this dressing is optional if you need a free dairy option. And, since it lasts for 5 days in the refrigerator, you can prepare your meal and make it ahead of time!
The easiest 5-minute Caesar dressing recipe
High Protein Caesar Salad Seasoning Recipe, perfect for salads, grilled vegetables or chicken.
- 4 Boiled eggs
- 1 spoon White vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 TSP Dijon Mustard (or yellow or ½ teaspoon mustard powder)
- ⅔ cup water (Adapt to the consistency you need)
- 1 spoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 clove Fresh garlic, peeled (or 1 teaspoon chopped garlic, or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
- 2 spoon Fresh lemon juice
- ½ TSP Salt
- ½ TSP Black pepper
- ½ cup Fresh Parmesan cheese
-
Put all ingredients except Parmesan cheese in a blender or food processor.
-
Mix for about 30-45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy. If you find the dressing a little thick, add more water to dilute it into your preferred consistency.
-
Once it is creamy and add the parmesan cheese and stir a few times to incorporate it. This keeps the cream creamy while still giving you a classic cheesy flavor and a slight texture of Parmesan. If you like its ultra-smoothness, you can blend Parmesan with everything else from the start, but traditionally, ending up stirring it out to provide the best flavor and consistency.
-
Adjust the flavor of the seasoning. If you are a garlic lover (sincere!), feel free to add more lemon juice for extra flavor, more cloves of garlic or a little salt.
-
Service and enjoy!
