These golden potatoes are crushed, seasoned with smoked paprika and muddy cumin and roasted perfectly. They are easy to prepare and can be made in advance!

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.

Add the potatoes to a large pot of water and bring to a boil. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Drain and set aside.

Gently coat a baking sheet with oil. Sprinkle the potatoes evenly on the baking sheet and smash them gently with the back of the fork. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with seasoning.

Place in preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crisp. Hot and hot.
