Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon and stir in a wide shallow container.

Heat a large skillet or grill and melt the butter.

Dip both sides of the bread into the egg mixture to ensure it is completely coated. Let the excess drip.

Place bread on a hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Add more butter to the skillet as needed.

If needed, place fresh berries, powdered sugar and maple syrup on the warm tops.
