I can’t say I really like eating candy corn-but there are some cute and nostalgic stuff. They just scream Halloween. We know that weird season is approaching when we see those yellow and orange bags start popping up in the grocery store.
I love finding fun, healthy and delicious ways to celebrate the holiday. These little candy corn parfaits are perfect for this bill! If you have never tried whipped cheese, this is a great time to start. Smooth and fluffy – Great for those who are sensitive to the texture of regular cheese. Plus, these Halloween snacks have only 4 ingredients (unless you want to add a little decoration), and they get together in about 5 minutes, and they will never be cute again. Because let’s face reality. Lovely food is more fun.

Ingredients You need to make these candy corn pastries:
- Pineapple
- Mandarin orange
- cottage cheese
- Maple Syrup

How to Make Candy Corn Parquet:
- Chopped pineapple. Peel the pineapple, core, and cut it into small pieces. Set aside.
- Whipped cheese. Put your cheese in a food processor. Mix for about 30 seconds; scrape off the sides and mix until super creamy and fluffy. Add maple syrup and stir until combined.
- Layer the parfait layer. In the small transparent glass, add a layer of chopped pineapple, a layer of Mandarin orange and a layer of fresh milk cheese.
- enjoy! Add some sprinkle or candy corn to decorate and dig in!

Tips and suggestions:
You need to use a food processor to get the correct consistency of the flower cheese. The blender can whip it and you will eventually get consistency in the liquid state. This is a great way to enjoy cheese for people who don’t like the texture of regular cheese!
Greek yogurt or whipped cream can be a great replacement for whipped cheese.
You can use canned pineapple if you want, but fresh pineapple is much better and brighter in yellow.
Cover the leftovers or place in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

- 3 cup Pineapple Chopped
- 2 can Mandarin orange 10.5 oz drain

Place the cheese in a food processor and stir for about 30 seconds. Stop and scrape the side of the bowl with a spatula. Mix again until completely smooth. Add maple syrup and pulse until combined.

Place 1/2 cup of chopped pineapple in a clear glass jar or bowl.
