Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

Add olive oil to the oven-safe frying pan over medium heat. Add asparagus and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus and cook on the stove for 2-3 minutes or until set to the edges.

Carefully place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until puffed and browned.

Remove from the oven with burrs and drizzling pesto sauce on top. warmth.
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
