gina @ skinnytaste.com

I like fried asparagus. This is one of the easiest ways to cook it, as it can be let go. It gives you a crisp texture of a small portion of roasted asparagus. But, honestly – sometimes, regular grilled asparagus can feel a little bit. That’s where my quick marinade changes the game!

  • Quickly: Marinate for just 10 minutes, but still has a lot of flavor. Also, without preheating the oven, the spear is cooked in about 8 to 9 minutes.
