- Extra virgin olive oil For enrichment

How to make asparagus in a fryer

- Finished trim: Grab the woody end of the stem.
- Make vinegar: Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, mustard, parsley and garlic in a small bowl.
- Pickled asparagus: Coat the vegetables in a large bowl with the dressing and marinate for at least 10 minutes or up to a few hours.
- Fry asparagus Continue for 5 minutes at 400°F, shake the basket and fry for 3 to 5 minutes to make it thin asparagus. Add for a few more minutes to make it thick asparagus spear.
