Ingredients you need:

  • Watermelon (about 8-10 pounds)
  • Lime (fresh is the best, but you can use bottles in crunch)
  • Sweetened condensed milk (see alternative suggestions below)
  • Salt (this helps balance sweetness)

Health tips and alternatives:

  • Use light coconut milk Instead of sweet condensed milk comes with milk-free, tropical twists. If needed, add a little honey or maple syrup.
  • Reduce added sugar A rich choice by using condensed milk with less sweets or swapping cream in regular Greek yogurt.
  • Add a small amount of frozen strawberries Or mango for extra flavor and beautiful color boost!
  • Make it a popsicle: Pour the mixture into the popsicle mold and freeze for easy grab and drink.

Fresh watermelon ice cream

This fresh watermelon sorbet is the entire winner for children and adults! It is natural moisturizing, made with real fruit and is very easy to customize!

  • Cut the watermelon in half, dig out the fruit, and retain the watermelon juice. If necessary, keep half of the peel service.

  • Place the fruit on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone pad. Store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Place the reserved watermelon juice in the refrigerator container until needed.

  • Once the watermelon is frozen, remove from the refrigerator and put in a blender (not all are suitable, you must do it in batches).

  • To the blender, add the juice from half of the lime, salt and about half of the sweetened condensed milk. Pour about half of the retained watermelon juice. Mix, pulsate if needed until smooth.

  • Continue to add more frozen watermelon to the blender, as well as extra sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and watermelon juice to give you the flavor and texture you like.

  • Pour into reserved watermelon peels or separate dishes and enjoy! Store all leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
