Compass Group and Crothall Healthcare represent Schneider Electric Paris marathon in 2025

This year, Compass Group and Crothall Healthcare are proud to arrive at the global stage with Pierre-Louis Ledent at the 2025 Schneider Electric Paris Marathon, representing our organization while supporting our valuable partners and clients. Team Allied Service.

“Running for a career brings deeper meaning to the performance,” explains Pierre-Louis. “I was particularly moved by the promise of Allied Service as a person with chronic illness.”

Team Allied Service’s challenge to disability inspires fitness and transforms lives by bringing hope and opportunities to people with disabilities, life-changing injuries and chronic diseases. Every year, they provide life-changing rehabilitation care to thousands of adults and children, helping them achieve greater independence. Pierre-Louis’s special purpose is to raise awareness and funding for professional rehabilitation services that benefit these people.

Pierre-Louis brings extensive athletic experience to the team Allied service. His passion for sports challenges is evident in sports such as competitive fences, rugby and long-distance running. Currently, he is the field director of the National Institute of Sports, Professional and Performance (INSEP), where he helps elite athletes train.

After completing his first marathon in Milan in 2024, Pierre-Louis embraced an opportunity to represent the Allied Service in Paris, despite only six weeks of preparation. He shared: “I love a challenge, and the chance to take this adventure in the most beautiful city in the world is simply irresistible.”

The Paris Marathon route winds through the city’s most iconic landmarks, from Champs-élysées, bringing De La Concorde to Notre Dame Cathedral and the Eiffel Tower. More than 50,000 international runners have solved the 26.2-mile route.

In preparation, Pierre-Louis developed a special training program, training 3-4 times a week. He also worked with an experienced friend to participate in his tenth marathon. The preparation paid off; Pierre-Louis finished the race in 3 hours and 27 minutes, and despite the higher route in Paris, his Milan marathon time increased by 10 minutes.

Pierre-Louis emphasized in celebrating his impressive completion time that the real value of the game is elsewhere. “Thanks to this game, Allied Services can Raised more than three thousand dollars. True human adventure driven by collective commitment. ”

The most memorable moment comes from overwhelming support. “Every moment is memorable: 50,000 runners, volunteers, laughter, tears…I am especially grateful to my friends for their support, especially after the 37th km. At that moment, I realized that I had crossed the famous “wall” and was still in good shape.”

In challenging times, reasons became his motivation. “It was the reason why I ran around and made me able to move on. Thinking about it made me work harder to stick with it.”

Support from Crothall Healthcare and Compass Group enables Pierre-Louis to bring the mission of Allied Services to the global stage, thus extending its coverage beyond the borders.

Jim Brogna, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Allied Services, expressed his gratitude:

“We are fortunate to have the commitments of many business partners, such as Crothall and Compass, which has driven the fundraising success of Team Allied Services. Pierre-Louis Ledent’s involvement in Paris reminds us of the impact we can have on the integrated health system of alliance services from anywhere in the world and how we can inspire Care Care Service Services Coluneagues!”

“The 42km to give meaning to every big stride, maybe that’s what made me push the limit,” he reflected. “Thanks to all those who made this sport and charity program possible.”
